Getting to The Studio
The Front Door
The Front Door is Located on Aberdeen. Look for the black “The Yard” banners above the door!
Getting In
On the ButterflyMX system located to the left of the door, Open the directory to find CONTINUUM and call to be buzzed in!
Lobby
Once in, head to the back brick wall of the lobby. Turn left down the small hallway to find the elevator or stairs.
Elevator (or Stairs)
The elevator is located at the end of the small lobby hall. The stairs are located behind the black door to the right of the elevator. Take either to the 2nd floor.
The Studio
On the 2nd floor, you’ll be greeted by a team member who will direct you to the studio. The space is located at the end of the corridor to the right, straight ahead out of the elevator

Cubbies & Storage
Cubbies and shoe tray are located to left just before the studio. The door to this room is locked once class begins!
Bathrooms
Fully stocked, beautiful bathrooms that have anything you need for bathroom break.
On-site Showers
Members have access to on-site showers with towel service. Located nearby is our wellness room for dressing.
Recovery
Start your recovery immediately after class with compression boots or massage guns.

All you really need is an open mind and a body ready to move. We have water, towels, mats, weights, and energy on hand.

Nope! Mats and towels are provided at no fee. You are welcome to bring your mat to use instead if you prefer, though!

Doors to the studio open 15 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes after class starts.

We have cubbies for storage located just before the studio on the left. We lock the door during class to keep your possessions safe!

If you are a member of the studio, shower access is included. At this time, only members of the studio are permitted use of the showers on site.

Paid street parking is available nearest on Lake and Aberdeen.
